Trained as an accountant. In 1984 bought The Bake Haus Swiss Bakery in Ponsonby. This has been a very successful business for 18 years and reflects Graham's love of the baking industry. Part of its success has been due to the development of a computerised management system that has given the bakery a decided competitive advantage.
